Circular by Design Innovation Festival, Ireland

The Circular by Design Innovation Festival is part of Design Week Ireland & the CFA programme. It was set up primarily for the Irish textile & fashion design community.

If you have an idea you want to develop into a commercial reality, there are now lots of places you can apply for support. The GCA has an annual application round.
Climate Emergency Network (UAL)

If you are staff or a student at UAL you can be part of this vibrant community of changemakers. We develop campaigns, actions & activities to show that the arts can, & must, respond to the climate & ecological emergency.
The Design Journal & European Design Academy

The Design Journal is a leading international peer-reviewed journal covering all aspects of design & its interdisciplinary practices. It is aligned to the European Academy of Design.

20 years of TED

Between 1996 - 2016 Becky was lead researcher in a community of textile & material makers & researchers - Textiles Environment Design (TED) - at Chelsea, UAL. Watch the 5-minute highlights film by Sophie Politowicz to get a sense of the dynamism & vibrancy of this ideas-driven group.
